Accessibility

Usable by everyone

Our commitment to making the OKQ Solutions website and Lean Agents platform accessible to people of all abilities, aligned with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Summary: WCAG 2.1 AA target. Keyboard operable, screen-reader friendly, contrast-tuned, and respectful of reduced-motion preferences.

1. Our commitment

OKQ Solutions is committed to making its website and the Lean Agents platform accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We treat accessibility as a continuous discipline, not a one-off audit.

2. Standard we target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the W3C. Where relevant, we also consider the EU Web Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2016/2102) and the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

3. What we do

  • Semantic HTML and meaningful landmark structure so screen readers can navigate content predictably.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation and visible focus states throughout the interface.
  • Colour contrast tuned to meet WCAG 2.1 AA thresholds in both light and dark modes.
  • Alt text on informational images and accessible names on icon-only controls.
  • Reduced-motion support: animations respect the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting.
  • Responsive layouts that reflow at 320 px width and support browser zoom up to 200 % without loss of content or functionality.

4. Known limitations

Some third-party embeds, historical content, or newly released features may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We track these as accessibility defects and prioritise them in our engineering backlog.

5. Assistive technology support

The site and platform are tested with modern versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common assistive technologies (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack). If you use a specific configuration and encounter a barrier, we would like to know.

6. Feedback and reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need content in an alternative format, contact us at support@okqsolutions.com with a description of the issue, the URL, and the assistive technology or browser you are using. We aim to respond within 10 business days and to remediate confirmed barriers as quickly as reasonably possible.

7. Enforcement

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the accessibility supervisory authority in your jurisdiction (for example, the Agency for Digital Government (DIGG) in Sweden).

8. Changes to this statement
